Why Get Selected
Built by an ex-Amazon recruiter who reviewed 325,000 resumes.
ATS-Safe by Design.
Get Selected exports clean, single-column, text-based PDFs. No graphics, tables, or columns that confuse applicant tracking systems. Kickresume's visual templates can fail ATS parsing depending on the template.
Your Story. Not AI's Story.
The CAFE Method helps you write bullets from real experience. You answer four questions about what you did; the tool assembles the bullet from your words. No hallucinated metrics, no generic phrasing.
A Recruiter Is One Click Away.
Add a Human Resume Review for $79 and get your resume read by a recruiter before you send a single application. Kickresume has no equivalent.
